4 years. 2 years alone and done a lot of mistakes and 2 years with a personal trainer that made me reach this shape

a good personal trainer knows exactly what you need, how many calories you need to eat and will make you a personalized workout routine. You don't risk making stupid mistakes and wasting time like I did.

I agree, but finding a good pt is as difficult as finding out how to find legit gymcelling information.

Most of the IRL people who get results in gymcelling are those who:

-They have a good hormonal profile naturally aka good genetics
-They take drugs

If you have a screwed-up hormanl profile or average or below average genetics, and you DON'T KNOW what you're doing, you're not going to get any results unless you take drugs. This is what happened to me in the past.

If the latter is your case, the only way to get real results (without taking drugs) is to fix your hormonal profile, which can only be done with a blackpilled diet, blackpilled supplementation (and optionally and highly recommended, natural bioidentical hormones).

In conclusion, 80% of the results come from fixing the hormonal balance through correct nutrition. And this information is difficult to find both on the internet and in a PT, although it does exist. Have you taken a look at Vice Gironda's philosophy on bodybuilding? In my opinion he is one of the few and most blackpilled gurus that I have ever seen. He was a complete genius and ahead of his time (even today).

Yeah diet is very very important, but I think genetic is cope, everyone can get a good shape some more than less. No I don’t know vince’s philosophy. If you want I can tell you who is my pt, he is Italian and he does online coaching, i have never seen him in real life

Yes, anyone can gain muscle mass if they don't have a screwed up hormonal profile. Many men have a poor hormonal profile. Chads almost always have a top tier hormonal profile, that's why they get results by doing everything wrong. So genetics is "cope" up to a point if you know what you're doing.

Sure, give me his name. It would be interesting to see his work.
 
High irl appeal not too big not too small looks very athletic, maybe get a bit of a tan or MT2 to make your definition stand out more
