Rate my workout split

Posted this in health and fitness and litterly got zero replies so that’s why it’s here

I run a modified UL split with 2x8 frequency 0-1 RIR

Lower day is a little weird I do mostly smaller general aesthetic muscles than a traditional lower day

UAUAUAR

For upper day i do
chest flys
Machine chest press
Cable lat raises with cuffs
Machine shoulder press
Lat pulldown with cuffs
Lower back row
Single arm bicep curls
Cable Tricep pushdowns with cuffs
Cable tri extensions

Lower/ aesthetics day
Hamstring curls
Leg extensions
Leg press
Smith machine calf raises
single arm cable sam sulek curls or whatever thier called
cable revers forarm curls
Cable rear delt flys
seratus anterior presses using machine chest press
Kneeling cable crunches
Cardio

I know it’s a little weird but it’s what works for me

Is their anything I should change or switch up I just started using this split like a week ago but I like it so far.
