so i have been running ppl for like 6 months now and i do not really like it. i don't train legs so i just do push, pull, push, pull and so on so this is my new split
new split:
chest and shoulders, bicep and triceps, back and abs, rest and repeat
i have been doing it one week now and it has felt good and i get good pumps, what do yall think about it and do not tell me to train legs that's just propaganda.
