rate new gym split

so i have been running ppl for like 6 months now and i do not really like it. i don't train legs so i just do push, pull, push, pull and so on so this is my new split

new split:
chest and shoulders, bicep and triceps, back and abs, rest and repeat

i have been doing it one week now and it has felt good and i get good pumps, what do yall think about it and do not tell me to train legs that's just propaganda.

training legs will increase your test and if you think youre getting good results from your new split, stick with it

that thing is just a scam they did research about it and it was a minimal increase

you dont need to do a complicated leg day, just to basic things like leg press, leg extension and hamstring curls, 1 set warming then 2 set max weight 6-8 rep, so u will done with total 9 sets for leg day

by the way back and abs in same say doesnt seem good

fb 3x frequency is the best split

Yh but all upper body i dont wanna be in the gym for that long i like doing 2 things per muscle group
 
U need forearms in there somewhere. incorporate legs, it is the best muscle for ur test and general health no matter how unfun it is it aint propaganda

i train forarms on back day and legs nah bru maybe in the future

Yea i get it i dont train legs either lol, id also switch over abs to chest/biceps day, idk about u but the machine at my gym is a standing crunch and i need to use my back to get the weight down

thats what u normally do on a fb split. since ur either doing 1 or 2 sets per exercise. days would look something like this. 1x chest compound, 1x tricep press compound, 1x tricep long head bias ext , 1x curl variation preferably preacher, 1x side delt,1x rear delt, 1x sagittal row, 1x frontal plane pull. reps being in the 4-10 range 0-2rir. if u dont waste time this dont take no more then an hour mayb less since no legs.

if you’re gonna refuse to do legs, just hop on fbeod and basically only
do upper every other day. frequency will be fucking crazy and just remember to maximize MUR and use stabile machines, 0-2 rir none of that failure shit unless you wanna be a bloated fucking weak chud. just do your research and trust in the mighty god and creator, science.
