And not to mention it’s easier for women to get fatter than men in this processed food society. Women should have 2k calories a day men 2.5k to maintainance BUT a donut is 250-350 calories for one yet it doesn’t fill you up so a man eating a donut for example won’t effect him as much as a foid as they are given less to eat throughout the day already.

Now when it comes to actual meals the. The difference is moot as men have larger bellies and thus take longer to fill up so it evens out but in terms of snacking it’s easier for women to get negative effects of snacking more than men
