yeah I didn’t get anything done, week ago I got topical peptides but I just take supplements and have a basic routine, lost 20 kg tho

No just calorie deficit, this pic was taken like after losing 8 kg so it was 12 kg in 7 weeks. I take ghk-cu now for skin

just basic skincare routine, based cleanser and moisturizer, exfoliate once a week (chemical version no scrub) ghk-cu since a week, lost 20 kg with calorie deficit ans ate healthy + exercise ALOT

no nothing just 900 calorie deficit + I trained 3 hours a day on full intensity lucky with no injuries but just football alot

900 a day or 900 less than mantainance
900 less than maintainence I would be just not eating anything if otherwise, but someday I barely ate anything probably 200 cals max just cause I forgot

barely go gym just play out on the field till I can’t anymore I’m not that wide but I’ve got abs and a bit of bicep, when i was there bit of both

just up and down the field, go out on runs whenever possible I never sat still, ate fully healthy nothing dirty and yeah that’s basically it
So basically you always had this face and really just got leaner okay.

hahahah no back then I was so chopped but now I feel a lot better. Just stay healthy. Mew and get really lean it’s never over
