Rate this 6 day ppl split

Seems ok if u wanna gain muscle but will be slow.

5x5 is legit if u wanna get strong so I'd say anyone should start with that IMO

it's fine but could be better and going to the gym 6 days a week isn't more optimal than splits with only 4 days in the gym so you don't need to do ppl if you don't want to

i did this for a while, was a good plan

its a good plan for advanced lifters

270 bench
390 dead
300 squat
175 ohp
Don't do bent over rows but do chest supported Dumbell rows at 160lb

Push Pull > PPL. Approximately same amount of gains and less day in the gym.
 
What kinda shit program has only 3 sets for delts in a week.

No shoulder press, no rear delt work. Just 3 sets of laterals done once a week wtf

Heres a much better push pull legs

PUSH
Barbell Incline 3x5
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3x8-12
Flyes 3x8-12
Lateral Raises 3x10-15
Overhead Extensions 3x8-12

PULL
Weighted Pullups 3x5
Dumbbell Row 3x8-12
Barbell Curl 3x8-12
Rear Delt Raises 3x8-12

LEGS
Squat 3x5
Stiff Leg Deadlift 3x5
Leg Extensions 3x8-12

*Add cable crunches, neck curls, and calf raises if needed

Covers all your bases. Horizontal push and pull, vertical push and pull, lower push and pull. Isolation for delts and arms, and a mix of rep ranges
