Huge improvement, but the chin is overprojected imo, and the jaw seems just a little too wide.

He looks better than before but he needed bimax THEN implants. Both his jaws are recessed which is why his lips look too thin but even with a bimax he still would have lacked the bone mass to look good.

For a oldcel 30+ bimax is a very big investment. Really long time for braces and surgery recovery.

Yeah, I agree with this one. He's got that perpetually awkward-looking beta male look. The thin lips (caused by a very poorly positioned maxilla) kind of give it an old man vibe as well.

This is true, but it's also true that a lot of people just don't know anything about jaw surgery. Plenty of these guys who get jaw implants seem to have never looked into it. Maybe this guy would have considered jaw surgery if he knew that he could get a better outcome with it.
