I currently have a cold, unless the cocaine I did 3 days ago is still stuck in my sinuses and causing the symptoms. I'm not restricting aggressively since I feel so shitty and eating gives your body the energy and matter necessary to heal. Anyway:
  1. 4 slices of toast with butter and blackberry jelly on them
  2. 2-3 Orange Crush
  3. 1 Mountain Dew
  4. 1 Cherry Pepsi
  5. 2-3 Diet Root Beers
  6. 1 Diet 7UP
My throat is sore and I'm sick of Diet Coke, so I chugged sodas all day at work.
 
Probably over 150g of added sugar right there.

Wtf? That much sugar fucks your immune system. All you ate was sugar.
 
I see what you're doing. Liquid diet allows you to bulk and cut at the same time equally. Since soda has more nutrients and less toxins than most food, the carbs are digested immediately in the brain. OP is eating more efficiently than 90% of this forum.
Because sugars provide no nutrition aside from energy (hence why they are often referred to as empty calories), people looking to lose weight will also benefit from adding sources of sugar to their diet. (Diabetes.co, 2019)
