Rate workout routine

Workout A= Bench, Shoulder press, lateral raises, skull crushers.

Workout B=Weighted chin up, dumbell curls, hammer curls, dead lift, bent over flys, farmers walks.

Alternate workout A,B on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Tips? Any exercises to add? Trying to progressive overload and build muscle in a lean bulk.

add more legs
 
Do this routine for 1 year then hop on roids and workout 5 times a week, mon bicep + chest, tues back, wed shoulders + tris, thurs legs, sat full body.

are u in a fuking wheelchair? do legs 2* a week
