Currently I and frequently going Rock Climbing and doing pull ups everyday as just a simple workout, but would benching and squat actually increase test? Also Thank you for the advice.

I'm only 16 and this is not me in my pfp but i have noticed zygomatic growth just from prioritizing the squat and bench so i would say from personal experience YES

chewing will bring your zygos down + he needs to do HIT sprinting/excercise not raise cortisol even more with weights he cant lift😭

Your an iqlet, compound lifts spike your gh and can and will increase bone size i never mentioned my zygos going up and or down I said they grew, and they DID, and I never said anything about chewing

matter FACT HIT sprinting spikes test and gh more than any type of excercise, its the only excercise where muscles produce as max lactic acid as they can. UR the iqlet partner

Dude just stop i never said you were wrong I just wanted to clear up that compound lifts do spike gh I didnt say how much and yes I agree HIT does also spike gh like crazy

HIIT is high intesnity interval workouts like doing exercises requiring a lot of strength with a short rest period that apparently can boost ur igf1 levels, probably cope or does barely anything

Well I do mostly strength workouts so I guess picking up HIIT sprinting wouldn't be terrible, if it burns fat and makes me leaner then that's all I need. Weather it boosts igf levels or not.

do yk ur bf% or ur weight height age bc im 5% bf and really underweight yet i dont have hollow cheeks and shit bc u need high set protruding cheekbones good maxilla and mandible and other stuff to get them not just leaning out

I'm 5'10.5 at 16, I weigh 145 lbs so It's pretty much average. I don't know my BF % but I should probably look into getting that sooner than later.

will indeed spike up to 500/700% of hgh for brief and both triggers testosterone but much less acute
