Currently I and frequently going Rock Climbing and doing pull ups everyday as just a simple workout, but would benching and squat actually increase test? Also Thank you for the advice.go to the gym and prioritize compound lifts like squat and bench for test, train neck and masseters too

Well I do mostly strength workouts so I guess picking up HIIT sprinting wouldn't be terrible, if it burns fat and makes me leaner then that's all I need. Weather it boosts igf levels or not.HIIT is high intesnity interval workouts like doing exercises requiring a lot of strength with a short rest period that apparently can boost ur igf1 levels, probably cope or does barely anything
