These issues are typically caused my genetics without surgery they generally won’t get drastically changed

I've seen some good forward growth transformations tho, most use mk or pepetides witch I can do I just need an answer
Well peptides can help but the negative effects really aren’t worth the potential growth.
CJC-1295, ipamorelin, and mk-677 can increase bone growth you also risk closing your epiphyseal plates prematurely completely stopping your bone growth in your jaw area
Mewing is actually helpful as it’s good jaw posture
Chewing exercises are worth a try just make sure you keep the growth even on both sides—mastic gum isn’t a terrible idea
The peptides are possible but you can’t really control where the growth is with them they’ll affect different bones differently in every person I don’t think peptides that release growth horomone are worth

Really only posture will help
Mewing-jaw posture so not mouth breathing keeping the tongue on the roof of your mouth
Neck posture can also help making sure you aren’t tucking your chin to make the recession look worse
Exercises you can try include chewing harder gum like mastic just be careful to avoid TMJ pain but this can help define and increase muscle mass in the masseter
Another exercise is where you put your fist under your mouth and try to open your jaw will you fist resists the opening the idea is to strengthen to muscles that open the jaw which could maybe help
But as stated before these are just little things that give barely noticeable results for true results surgery is the only option
