Raw meat and milk might have a few extra nutrients, but the risk of food poisoning isn’t worth it. Cooked stuff gives pretty much the same benefits and is way safer.

Only side effects are looking healthier and more dimorphic, I haven't gotten sick from eating raw, as long as you have a good source from a healthy animal you will be fine, look up pasture raised eggs, grass fed meat and raw milk, can detoxify from antibiotics and heavy metals from vaccines if so, if you have a good source there's literally nothing to worry about

Not sustainable long term. Thats why all these “primals” cheat on the diet or just quit after a while

Raw milk/meat is better for you because during to cooking or the pasteurization process gets rid off many vitamins, as for the "side effects" I've ate raw meat 2 - 3 a week for the past year and have not gotten sick from it once and I've actually been getting sick much less often.

as long as the meat/milk/eggs are high quality you'll be fine, I eat uk supermarket eggs raw all the time and I haven't gotten salmonella once

Some speculation is spread where people think it can cause some bacteria infection or salmonella but thats genuinely all cope. I’ve been having raw milk since I was a child and nothing but positive effects have been shown. Important thing is it should be of high quality, especially the raw meat but idk much about that. Raw milk is generally safe

would a good source be a butcher for meat and not a store like costco and then an actual local farm for milk?

it doesnt do anything for your looks other than keeping you at a good body composition and maybe less acne

but i felt very good health wise and my test was high as shit i was walking around with a boner 24/7 in august

Raw milk has the following benefits
- includes nutrients that may be missing in pasteurized milk (these depend on your seller and your supermarket)
- other than that they are no significant benefits backed by science, it's an tiktok trend that is useless
Some better, science-backed and healthy alternatives may be whole cow milk, goat milk, kefir or yogurt.

Raw meat has the following benefits:
- none at all
Eat cooked meat it's better than raw meat and gives you wayyy more food safety.
