I keep seeing this, but is it actually good to consume raw meat/milk? I know that the hunter gatherers ate their meat dry, which is basically putting the meat in the sun to get all hard and dry (which is healthy from what ive read), but is actual plain raw meat good for you?

Same with raw milk, i heard boiling it or whatever causes loss in nutrients but the whole primal bullshit is stupid, most hunter gatherers drank water, that's why they carried waterskins.

muh nootrients, mate theres like a 10% loss in nootrients when you cook it. if you want to eat it raw then have steak tartare so it doesn't taste like pure bollocks

also pasturization was only pushed so that the profit can be privatized, they dont gaf about it being healthy or not

i wouldnt go for raw meat
dosent even taste good and ''muh lose out on water soluble vitamins''

raw milk is fine tho, its like 80x more likely to get sick than pasterised milk but thats like 0.001% or something

there's no point in eating raw meat. the loss of micronutrients is minimal compared to the risks it can pose

No point in raw meat only very small amounts of vitamins are lost if you use a method like grilling or frying instead of boiling

just eat more if ur scared of nutrient loss lol

Its a very healthy diet but it's not gonna change your bones or anything. Its just good for longevity and health indicators.

Raw meat doesnt even have a taste tbh, its just kinda metallic almost. Raw milks pros outweigh the cons yeah.
