Is Raw milk really superior?

1. More Nutrients
Raw milk keeps all its vitamins and enzymes active.
Pasteurization kills bacteria and enzymes but also reduces things like Vitamin A, C, E, and B vitamins and many more minerals by up to 70%.
So raw milk has more active nutrients that help with skin, hormones, maybe height if young due to the HGH etc...

2. Better Digestion & Immunity
Because enzymes and immunoglobulins stay active, most people digest raw milk easier including me (I feel really bloated when drinking normal whole milk, might be placebo though).
It helps with gut health and even support autoimmune diseases since it keeps your immune system balanced.

3. Protein & Hormones
Raw milk has full, undamaged whey protein unlike pasteurized milk.
It also contains healthy fats for your hormones.

Pros:
  • More nutrients and enzymes.
  • Can help digestion and gut health.
  • Supports hormones and immune system.
  • May help people with mild autoimmune issues ( I have asthma and I think my symptoms got better)

Cons:
  • Risk of bacteria if from bad source.
  • Can cause acne or bloating in some people.
  • Needs to be from a very clean, trusted farm.
  • Expensive.
  • Hard to acquire.
Why is RAW milk healthier?
