RAW PRIMAL DIET (my experience). #INCREASED FACIAL BONE MASS

Been on it for a couple of months now here's what my diet consists of:
raw liver
raw ground beef
raw eggs
raw honey
raw butter

Thought it was cope at first but was open minded and gave it a solid try, would never go back.

Positives:
MAIN THING I NOTICED, my shoulder width literally blew up (keep in mind I'm still a teen)
Extremely healthy and smooth looking skin, 0 acne.
Increased bone mass in face.
Got way leaner.
Haven't experienced bloating ever since hopping on this diet.
Face appears more symmetrical.
Feeling way better in general.

Negatives:
Pretty much none besides having a really high sex drive if you could see that as a negative.

(paired this with sleeping without an alarm so 9-10 hours of sleep every day HIIT sprinting and a very low stress lifestyle and I live in a very green area so good air quality)

I think this is the best thing you could possibly do for yourself

How much does it cost you for say a week of eating like that?

Not that expensive, only 60-90 dollars. Keep in mind, I’m not a big eater, so that may play a role in why it’s sustainable in terms of expenses for me.

You could eat like this whitout it being raw but yeah, raw milk is good tho

For the most part yes, but occasionally I will sprinkle some salt and pepper on it. Yes, I do try to eat on a low glycemic diet with minimal veggies.

Isnt it boring to eat like that? What would u reccomend to eat with meat (while being primal)

Very boring, but I care more about aesthetics and health than soothing my taste buds. You can add whatever seasoning you feel like on your meat, sometime’s I’ll put a raw egg yolk on my beef patty and eat it just like that

I lost 10-15 pounds however I didn’t lose any of the muscle mass that I’d obtained through weighted body weight exercises over the course of 3 years, I actually feel like I’m more muscular now then before I started the diet. If you’re trying to increase muscle mass, I suggest you drink 2 litres of raw milk a day and eat more healthy carbs, like oranges, bananas, watermelon and pinnaple.

Just eat carbs then and spike your insulin so you befome hungrier and fattier

What do u make with the beef my nigga just eat nothing but 1lb of beef?
