- If you increase carb/sugar intake fats MUST be lowered or you WILL gain weight
- Red meat should not be avoided especially if you are bodybuilding. Switching to a full milk/ mostly liquid diet will cause you to have a softer look especially if you are a lifter. Many peaters stop eating red meat and just do milk and ice cream and wonder why they look bloated and fat.
- Weekly liver is a must, weekly oysters as well. Do not skip these, do not over do them either.
- Cronometer MUST be used to track all calories and micronutrients at the start of your peating journey when you are in the phase of experimenting with new foods.
- Supplementation/hormone use should be introduced 1 drug/ compound at a time. Never take 2 new supplements at the same time or you will not know which is producing the effects in your body
- Ice cream should not be overdone or you WILL become fat especially if you dont track calories. Hageen dasz WILL make you fat if you even slightly over eat it.
