stop letting other people decide what you should eat, it doesn't take that much effort or knowledge to watch health markers in your skin, eyes, hair and adjust your food consumption accordingly, all people are different and gut biome varies quite widely between sub populations.

That’s fine as butter slows down the digestion so insulin doesn’t spike as much and endotoxin from starch uptake by the endolitheal walls is also prevented by saturated fat

Modern medicine doesn't tell you to avoid unsaturated fats. Saturated fats are best for the body and that's why doctors will tell you to avoid them. Also with salt every asshole will tell you to avoid it even though it's important
