been drinking 2L of mexican coke and eating a pint of ben and jerrys ice cream every day. sugar is so good for you bros remember to get at least 300g of sugar a day for optimum health.

mexican soda + eggs + ice cream + milk + cheese = feeling good and looking better

No way in hell. Your brain needs it to function.
yes, the key word is "without consuming". if you don't consume enough carbs your body will do what's called gluconeogenesis which is the body producing it's own glycogen. that's how our ancestors survived while eating so little carbs.

Sure but that doesn't imply avoiding or restricting it is optimal
sure, i mostly just have a problem with refined sugar, the sugar in fruits and stuff should be totally fine.

There's no difference. Sucrose is sucrose, glucose is glucose and fructose is fructose. Only difference is the accompanying micronutrients, fiber and secondary plant substances in fruit which are absent in table sugar. As for the sugar itself, it's exactly the same

you're saying it doesn't matter which one you eat?

It doesn't matter. Fruit as a whole food have other benefits over processed sugar though, since they have other nutrients too. I consume both

Your ancestors were inuits?

its not just inuits that ate very little carbs compared to today
If they ate fresh meat they got quite a bit of carb from glycogen stores. Plus about a third of HG diet was plants, tubers, fruits etc. Less than the average american? Definitely. But not necessarily keto/LC

are the glycogen stores really that big though relatively? i mean in humans the fat stores are like 100 times bigger than the glycogen stores, aren't they? also keep in mind that the plants and fruits back then weren't like the ones we have today, which have been selectively bred to be more palatable, probably meaning they contain more carbs.

Muscle meat has lower amounts, but liver has quite a lot of glycogen, which is probably a part of why carnivorous predators eat it first. Often they even eat nothing but the liver. I remember reading that Native American children would always run in to get their liver scraps after a fresh buffalo kill.

Indeed, fat has twice the calories of sugar per gram, making it an effective storage form of energy.

True to an extent, but ultimately it depends on the fruit or plant. Plenty of fruits, especially in the warmer climates, were naturally sweet even before agriculture.

Your body isn't used to sugar though, you will tank your liver if you eat too much sugar at first, you need to taper it over a year or two if you're serious about this diet.
