I fell for the RayPeat Meme thanks to @RabidRosaries.
First I read about pufas and lipid peroxidation and the science behind it made sense. Then I fell into the rabbit hole.
1) I took coconut oil in the morning and thanks to placebo effect felt like my metabolism just went into top gear


2) A few days later I talked to @RabidRosaries saying I was actually gaining weight. "Nah bro it's normal it's all g, I gained weight too but feel so much better"
In fact start putting cream and sugar in your coffee to low cortisol maxx. Coke is fine too 

3) So now I'm eating sugar and butter and coconut oil, but god forbid I have to stay away from almonds and walnuts because of muh pufas
. I'm not feeling better so i go onto the forum for advice and see this shit
4) Day 5, I now wake up to 2 aspirin tablets, a glass of milk, coke, and orange juice a day. And don't forget my spoonful of coconut oil to kickstart my metabolism tho

Feel like absolute dogshit so I hitup @RabidRosaries again. "Oh you silly goose! You're mobilizing years of built up PUFA's in your body!
Eat carrot salad so it will absorb all that gunk out of your system and you'll be right as day.

5) Literally spiking my insulin to giga high levels every few hours but hey, as long as muh thyroid and muh cortisol is good, that's what matters right?

It's fine if it comes at the expense of everything else tho 






6) The last straw. @RabidRosaries posts about progesterone. I took it over a few days and my nipples are swollen and oozing liquid of some kind. This mf really gave me gyno I think.
Fuck RayPeat bunch of stupid fucks. Muh eat ice cream and drink a quart of oj a day bro

But don't you dare touch that vegetable, that has anti-nutrients
