The Procedures I will get.
- Double jaw surgery + Genioplasty
- Custom Infraorbital Rim Implants

I call this my realistic surgery plan because I am fixing issues I can actually fix without looking uncanny.
My Flaws (Structural facial flaws)
I have a recessed mandible and slightly recessed maxilla, and my chin can be nonexistent at some times hence the genioplasty

my infras are recessed, I have the Tear through Nasojugal Groove and the midcheek Groove.

My zygomatic arch is not very prominent

My Strengths
I have a very good brow ridge

My eye area ( minus the undereye) is very good

My jaw is wide, bone dense and masculine (despite the recession, which the djs and genioplasty will fix)

My ramus is at the optimal position

My cheekbones (despite the recession and lack of density) are high set.

The Plan
I will get the double jaw and genioplasty early summer 2027
I will get the infraorbital rim implants 6-12 months later depending on how bad the swelling is

in my opinion, these are the only two problems I could REALLY fix without risking a botchjob or looking very uncanny.
coping would be me thinking I go from HMTN to Chadlite, I plan on ascending to MHTN or HHTN
I will not be sharing pictures, take my word for what it is, I am transparent here.
