realistic time-frame to lose 30 kg of lard?

context:
- 180 or so cm
- 110 or so kg
- been super active and a semi-professional athlete till 21 or so
- got fat due to a combination of factors (foot injuries leading to 0 proper physical activity for years, bad diet lately, severe alcoholism)
- malleable mesomorph body type
- no will-power whatsoever
- gym out of the question (i'm heterosexual)

yeah, that's the problem. my question is basically how to fix will power. using meds that only mask the problem is for cucks

just thug it out for like a month to see if there is any benefits, those benefits will prolly give u some will power/motivation, my best friend died of heart complications cuz he was too fat and i always show fat people pictures of him before dying to give them a reality check (i try not to make it obvious)

i normalized my diet and added some mild physical activity 2 weeks ago and already lost 6. i know it's mostly water, bloat etc and that it's easy at the beginning, it gets harder as you approach your goal
