Recent consults with Raffaini and Ramieri

Hi, I need DJS with CCW and genioplasty. Raffaini quoted me EUR 40K. I know he charges non-Italians more, but this is a huge sum, no rhino, no lipo. I also consulted Ramieri who said Raffaini is the GOAT. Ramieri quoted me EUR 21K including custom plates.
Anyone had recent consults with Raffaini? This is how much he charges now?

He's one of the goats but I don't think there's any reason to go with him unless you need a concurrent rhino. He's also getting up there in age, turning 67 soon

If he is the GOAT, what if he gives me a better outcome than Ramieri? I guess the extra amount is worth it?
It's so hard to find someone who had experience with Raffaini

I’m not an advocate for cheaping out on big things that are gonna affect the rest of your life, but the price difference is crazy. For most people that is years of saving which results in having to sacrifice so much, perhaps like being able to buy a home, a vehicle, or just having enough money to enjoy life or to put towards other looksmaxxing things. Jaw structure is a big one if you’re deficient, but it’s not everything.

So I don’t think Raffaini is worth it for most people when other surgeons like Ramieri have given great results for a much lower cost.

But if you’re richcel then sure, go to Raffaini.

There's zero reason paying for raffaini when ramieri does it for half.

Ramieri will give you as much result for half the price. Bimax results all depends on your base + planned movement. Any decent surgeon used to.CCW and maxilla downgrading will do that fine. Especially if he uses 3D programmation.

Raffaini is overpriced and arrogant.

He charged an Italian guy 26k in late 23 for bimax+ genio and you 40k for the same thing JFL

Remember Raffaini got cancer 2 years ago+ he's 66 and no better than 10 years ago when he charged 20k

You can get almost the same result from any local surgeon wich has an eye for aesthetics, you can even talk with them to make the plates custom.

honestly, I didn't know about Ramieri, just looked at his page, his results dont get close to Raffaini's top results

Although, like most said, his top results are ancient right now, I dont know what to think anymore

I don’t like ramieri results, they are underwhelming
I’m not paying tens of thousand to have an underwhelming result and getting my face fucking cut open
I’m just afraid raff is getting too old, I will have trimax and rhino with him in 2026
