Nose is sign of deficient maxilla u need MARPE then bimax if still needed, going straight to bimax means no expansion for your midface nigga

I think you might need chin reduction after bimax since bimax bring your whole mandible forward that includes chin, but your chin is already projected enough so after bimax u might need to reduce chin projection if u know what i mean

I want to talk to my ortho about buying an original one from the inventors of MARPE like the original MSE from Dr Moon in the USA since in Europe they be using garbage MARPEs

Well with his already perfect teeth it might not work, but for me like u see in this pic. MARPE will move the green point in the direction I marked (literally just imagine both parts of the maxilla flaring upwards improving ipd and canthal tilt slightly.

Also it moves the red area forward improving under eye support for muh hunter eyes
