We all know mse with facemask is inefficient and cant do significant protraction BUT with the upcoming fme+new facepulling device can bring maxilla forward significantly.Dr zubad newaz is trying it on him unlike mse it is completely bone-brne so it effects midface very well.also it can pull the maxilla both forward and upwards.this is what the design looks likeView attachment 3364394
