Me too.i am currently doing a part time job so that i can do it after maybe 2years when they complete many cases like custom marpe and mse and become more comfortable with it

i also assume it does not stretch out the alar base. i heard fme is already out, but me living in the absolute medieval village the uk is, i imagine not even the most minted jewish london clinics have it yet.

when i was on about alar, i meant that mse was more prone to widening it btw, whereas fme wasnt

I’d say not everyone needs DJS and as you haven’t provided scans nor pictures, it’s hard to say.

If Newaz can be trusted he's also claiming that just plain fme alone by itself can provide a small amount of protraction of the order of say 3mm, from what happened in his own case

However, I'm not entirely sure if I'm buying into this. People who've consulted with him have said he told them he's been trialing out the fma on himself. So how do we know the protraction wasn't caused by the fma? I also noted in his most recent video he now seems to be backtracking and saying he hasn't been doing the fma on himself. Which is now worrying me a little bit that's he's trying to hype up the capabilities of fme as much as possible.

because the portion of the FMA that goes into your mouth has to be personalized to the patient in his case it was personalized before he started the expansion thinking facegenics was going to send him the FMA soon but they delayed the process and when he received it didnt fit him anymore + there currently exist a single copy of the FMA outside of facegenics' lab and one of Newaz's patient has it + the fme and RPEs in general have been known to cause maxillary protraction for a long ass time. nearly all CBCT superposition of before and after RPE treatment show the maxilla slightly in front after treatment. but yes only the FME has been causing these multi mm advancement. currently the guy who has the FMA has a class III plus narrow palate if the FME + FMA really works we're going to enter a new era.

this could ascend me so hard im constantly talking to the orthos but the price is insane and doesnt justify it u could gamble with FME at 30k + USD or get bimax + leforts and even MSE for a guarenteed result + keep some other cash for other hardmaxes you might need
