In theory it can work if you have a force constantly pulling but I would guess you gonna have a significant amount of pain coming from that.

im getting an fme soon. im 15.2 rn and idk if this will work well when it does release when im like 15.7. surely most peoples sutures would be closng when this comes out? or is it very effective that it can even work on adults? either way, mirin.

How would this be different from MSE + facemask?

Most of the changes in mse+facemask is alveolar and it lengthens the face 1-2mm more tads is attached in fme.there is should be minimium of 6tads for the expander to work correctly.it is the real bone anchored expander.the facemask design which you can see above is also completely different it can also do a ccw.check the info given above

I am not sure whether its possible to protract without fme coz it protracts the maxilla very well coz of the design of fme.
