Recessed infraorbitals + Bad UEE

Any way I can fix recessed infraorbitals with poor under eye fat storages? Aswell as medium UEE, i'm talking about at home preferably, any guides on how to inject filler at home? Any sort of info would help, whether its a softmax, hardmax, frauding, anything.
