recessed maxilla at 15 , is it over ?

i have some slight chin recession and overall pretty decent ratios . However i look a bit shit from the side due to my heavily recessed maxilla. Only thing carrying my side profile is my jaw and nose giving a pretty boy halo affect . other than that my recessed maxilla makes me look so downgrown, what shld
i do? should i just cope till surgery?
