I think I have pretty good cheekbones and facial structure but the area under my eyes looks almost hollow from the front and pretty flat from the side I want some help clarifying if this is a lack of fat, a lack of orbitals or a recessed maxilla. I know that you’re not supposed to have good cheekbones if you have a recessed maxilla so I’m confused.
Also what surgeries would fix this?

Oh it’s definitely from a recessed maxilla but holy shit your front Mogs. And just cause you have a recesssed maxilla doesn’t mean you won’t have high set cheekbones, you’re just less likely to. I’m pretty sure you can get mse to expand your maxilla and make it more forward grown
