im considering getting the joov red light therapy for a 2 month free trial and returning it.
Is a red light therapy worth the 300$ permanet investment or should any 40$ cheap red light on amazon work just as well?
and also whats the difference between near infrared and regular red light therapy?

I'm using a 30$ one from eBay and it's amazing, works just as well as any other that's expensive as shit for 1/10 of the price
