Did this guy relapse? He had huge movements but his 1 year after(4th row) looks almost the same as his before. Upper jaw looks even more advanced in pre-op lmao.

you mean about ans?. His ans actually got removed it seems. And yet his philtrum still curves. I think it's just dependent on the point where the skin is hanging off the nose. If it's at the base then it's gonna be a chimp lip, if it's farther in he tip direction, it will make a curve.

But this was also him at 9 months you can see the ape like appearance clearly

It's like as soon as he hits that 12 month mark 80% of the swelling disappears

Maybe chimp lip was the friends we made along the way?

maybe he measured the bsso gap and not the chin advancement in total who knows. honestly it could be a combination of swelling and angles

At first I was gonna say maybe swelling caused the jaws movement to look more advanced then it already was
