Did this guy relapse? He had huge movements but his 1 year after(4th row) looks almost the same as his before. Upper jaw looks even more advanced in pre-op lmao.

you mean about ans?. His ans actually got removed it seems. And yet his philtrum still curves. I think it's just dependent on the point where the skin is hanging off the nose. If it's at the base then it's gonna be a chimp lip, if it's farther in he tip direction, it will make a curve.Yeah ok my theory of chimp lip which I was using this guy as an example to bank on just got raped fucks sake I thought I was onto something

but his chin looks exactly the same as it did before for some reason. Even though he had genio too. Look at the mandible and chin. Completely the same. The only thing that looks different is philtrum which became more recessed and curved lolHigh risk surgery with huge recovery time in order to ascend side profile and barley front, to just relapse to a result that could have been achieved with a genio.

imo bimax is only a good option if there is a functional problem
it's probably a combo of relapse and swelling going down.IDEK man I'm gutted
Maybe his result is frauded/relapsed/angles I mean you're right to point out that he looks a lot different from 12 months to 6 months mark
View attachment 4882420
But this was also him at 9 months you can see the ape like appearance clearly
It's like as soon as he hits that 12 month mark 80% of the swelling disappears
Maybe chimp lip was the friends we made along the way?

nah, there's definitely more chin projection.but his chin looks exactly the same as it did before for some reason. Even though he had genio too. Look at the mandible and chin. Completely the same. The only thing that looks different is philtrum which became more recessed and curved lol
But yeah his front is identical too. Bimax is worth for functional/sfs/brutal recession thats it imo
unironically the relapse ascended him moreWhat the hell are u on? He looks rat-like in before and nonrat-like in 12 month post-op. Thats enough of an improvement to call it a success. But, yeah, postop swelling is actually an underrated looksmax.
Yep it's defo the relapse I'm not wrong my theory still holds upit's probably a combo of relapse and swelling going down.

whats the theory thoYep it's defo the relapse I'm not wrong my theory still holds up![]()
true he looked dogmaxxed. Do bimax to see how you look overadvanced and then relapse to normal theoryunironically the relapse ascended him more
unironically the relapse ascended him more
maybe he measured the bsso gap and not the chin advancement in total who knows. honestly it could be a combination of swelling and anglesView attachment 4882509

He lost 5mm then? Assuming by lower jaw he is including the pog and not doing B point alone
At first I was gonna say maybe swelling caused the jaws movement to look more advanced then it already wasDid this guy relapse? He had huge movements but his 1 year after(4th row) looks almost the same as his before. Upper jaw looks even more advanced in pre-op lmao.

Valid does that work well?chin shortening genio
Idk man. Genio vs Trimax for someone who has light sleep apnea or snores? I think there would be big aesthetic change side profile with the TrimaxHigh risk surgery with huge recovery time in order to ascend side profile and barley front, to just relapse to a result that could have been achieved with a genio.
