Why are these retards making such a fuss over taking a fucking amino acid that's abundant in animal products??
Literally from just eating 300g beef and 200g chicken breast i get more then 4g of tyrosine.
"Crash" the next day. On days where I don't take it, I feel much more sluggish and lethargic than usual. I also seem to have lower focus and mental energy than baseline. Plus, I don't usually have depressive symptoms but I do on days that I don't take Tyrosine.
