he makes pretty good points. Red light therapy causes oxidative stress to the skin
he says it ages you but not as much as the sun
he shows studies showing how it ages the dermis where as UV ages the dermis and epidermis
he’s also not selling some competing product so there isn’t a hidden agenda
he says the reason there’s collagen boost is cause of the damage it’s repairing JFL
TLDR: it will make you look better in the short term (like how the sun makes you look better) but will age you in the long term (like how the sun ages you in the long term)
