My chin is recessed but will fix it with chin shield soon.
Mandible ain't recessed and my mandible height is good but it lacks angularity and mass /volume to give me trapezoid lower third. Atm I have roundish and rather narrow lower third

They might help you then. Get an ultrasound on your cheeks below your zygomatics done by a specialist to assess whether you have excess buccat fat or not. That might also be contributing to your round face.

I don't think I have a fat face problem. You can see my cheekbones and in the right light you can see how the cheekbones transition into the chin. Imo my face looks fairly lean. As soon as I contract my masseters I also get hollow cheeks.

I have the same issue. When I clench I get hollow cheeks but normally have a round and bloated-looking jaw. I think it's due to a narrow mandible. I'm getting fillers next week to see if it will help and then planning to get implants in the future if it looks good.

win win either ascension or blood poisoning and death

3) bone erosion later in life

tbh who cares about bone erosion its not like you will look recessed if the implant is still in place and big enough
