So recently I've been pretty on the fence with my beliefs in Christianity. I've had spiritual experiences, I'd say, in a sense where I would feel the presence of God, and the Holy Spirit especially in church scenarios. I was wondering, though, what if this is all just a placebo? the pastor calling me up in front of the altar, praying for me and prophesying. I look at the world and the unfair circumstances that are given to certain individuals (us); we are predisposed to a rigged game, and I've been looking more into Darwinism, and evolution. And seeing how things actually make sense, along with this statistic showing that 90% of the time you stay with the religion you've been taught and grew up in, your environment is a big determinist in this. It's crazy to think some people would start at a 90% disadvantage of going to hell for eternity just based off their birth, which they didn't choose or ask for. I told my mom about this, and she claimed that Christians are supposed to spread the word regardless if somebody was born at a disadvantage; that's why the Lord says to go out and tell all people about the good news, etc. But it still doesn't change the statistics; it's reality. I don't know, some people have it in their lives as a coping mechanism or something to look forward to after this life, but I'm just so confused at this point. Along with that, seeing the recent case of the popular artist d4vd and the girl he murdered, who was lured to his house after being in a relationship with him for two years or so, but according to our lifestyle, she was having premarital sex along with using substances at times with the rapper or a pop artist; she had a weak household and did not have a strong foundation for a family. She then ended up getting brutally murdered. Now, according to our lifestyle choices, in coherence with the Bible, she would not be entering the gates of heaven, but let's just say she had a really high IQ and was born in a rich family; all these situations would be avoidable. Not saying she isn't smart, but I believe she's just a naïve girl who got taken advantage of.
Anyways I would appreciate anybody give me a opinion on their experiences as well, with religion and spiritual experiences, and any of your opinions would be helpful

and yes, I'm becoming more and more persuaded every day.
