Removing face fat around zygos?

Im 17 and I’m already relatively low body fat + I have strong zygos but some annoying face fat around it.
Are there any no cope ways to remove it?
I’m willing to do diy surgery or injections at home as long as it’s not to risky.

Fat loss. Put down the fork.
If that doesn't work. Get some aqualyx and inject that. Keep in mind that doing this might just make you look gaunt as you age.
