removing tan from skin

Hi guys,

I got a nice olive skin but my forearms got too tanned and now they wont go back to its original colour, What's some basic way to lighten my forearms back?

I don't want to take too much stuff, maybe 1-2 things that you could suggest, and not anything hardcore.

I'm in Australia BTW.

Tan skin is ideal, I am in Australia too.

Don't be a retard white skin is not ideal here ethnic olive/light brown mogs (Aslong as its not indian tan)
