Retatrutide has been a disaster. Started on 2mg the first week, had no effect, increased to 4mg per week for next 4 weeks until vial was done.

Maintained protein at 200-250g, no real control of calories (that’s the point of Reta), normal TRT steroid dose, continued lifting, etc etc. These measurements are two weeks after the final dose so all glycogen etc should be back.

Measurements:
Weight: 91.0kg to 85.2kg (1.2kg per week, not unusual)
BF%: 17% to 16% (LMAO)
Lean mass: 75kg to 71kg
Waist: 91cm to 88cm
Neck: 41cm to 39cm
Bicep: 38cm to 36cm
Thigh: 61cm to 59cm
Chest: 104cm to 101cm
Forearm: 32cm to 30cm
Resting heart rate: 60 to 85 (!!!)

If you are a hardgainer like me who is plateau’d for years and gets fat easily but finds it extremely difficult to build muscle then you are likely to get the same kind of results.

It’s essentially destroyed years worth of muscle growth and all my cardio capacity.

If you are a normie who just can’t put down the fork or lift a weight consistently then it will probably work well for you. But it’s not a miracle cure for people with shit genetics.

What did you measure lean body mass with?

Waist: 91cm to 88cm
Neck: 41cm to 39cm
Bicep: 38cm to 36cm
Thigh: 61cm to 59cm
Chest: 104cm to 101cm
Forearm: 32cm to 30cm
This isn’t indicative of muscle loss. You are 17% (borderline obese tier), you are obviously going to be losing size, your measurements are expected to decrease. You didn’t expect to drop kilos of fat and remain with the same measurements, did you?

Waist size should have decreased significantly more in comparison to the other measurements, for the weight lost. I’ve done cuts before in the past obviously and I’ve never seen size just drop away from the more muscular areas while staying on the belly like this.

My lifts are also down even two weeks after cessation (average for each muscle group, based on estimated 1RM since all my work sets were to failure at far below the weight when I started Reta)

Chest: -9%
Back: -7%
Shoulders: -7%
Arms:-6%

Again, in the past I have not lost strength while cutting, even on DNP (temporary loss but immediately returned upon cessation).

This ties in with losing approx 4kg of muscle based on percentage overall muscle mass and will take years to rebuild, if it can be rebuilt at all at this age. Fuck Retatrutide.

Caging at your cursed genetics. 15" arms, 17% bf after years of consistent training is wild. And you're pinning TRT. Fucking hell.

I can understand why you've snapped and started dabbling with this retatrutide madness

Unless you're an extreme outlier you'll rebuild the muscle surprisingly fast. I've gone through it myself many times and regaining muscle is so much more rapid than building it from scratch.

Yeah it’s absolute rope fuel.
After my face surgeries and cosmetic skinmaxxing with Botox and lasers this is the next big problem to be solved.

My blood work is pretty fucked just on TRT so I’m going to need to figure out some polypharmacy approach to get those numbers to normalise (statins, ARB, blood thinners, phlebotomy?) before I can actually blast safely.

There are also a few new things to try such as HGH (not really new, but it’s new that it’s cheap enough for me to run), MOTS-C, SS-31, and SLU-PP-32.

Beyond that I may just have to opt for clavicle lengthening surgery as for me the downside is really limited as I can’t get big or strong anyway. Brutally expensive though, another year of wageslaving in the toilet to pay off genetic debt.

At least I’ve established that GLP-1 drugs are not suitable for me. It would have been worse to find that out after surgery.

I’m still losing weight 17 days after last injection.

84.5 kg this morning.

Still got high heart rate and weak appetite. Waist is still 88cm.
Wish I never touched this!

You lose water and glycogen on Reta nigga how much actual weight do you think u lost

Nearly 3 weeks after the last injection, I would have expected water and glycogen to have returned, considering the 6 day half life of the compound.
