if you are growing right now, it is more important than ever to eat properly and exercise, especially if your goal is to be in a caloric deficit. good nutrient portioning, insulin sensitivity, and exercise derived growth signaling will make the drugs you are taking much more effective and mitigate some side effects.

whats a good diet is nuanced, there are many ways to skin a cat, but ill tell you what has allowed me to get lean without having appetite issues. I used to think my appetite was uncontrollable to, i would pretty much only eat fast food, fairlife, and ice cream. If left to my own vices i can easily put away 5k calories of goyslop, and still go to bed hungry, any finished food product sold to you has been developed with millions of dollars ensuring its hyperpalatable and addictive. im not kidding when i say that these corporations prey on you, they will intentionally take away vitamins from your food to ensure you need more to feel satiated, they will put poison in your food if it saves them 10 cents per unit and then theyll bribe the government to stay quiet.

the two most important things to do, is to stay away from sugar, and to cook your own food. sugar addiction is almost entirely responsible for the obesity epidemic, and the effects it has on your hormones is insane, sugar addiction is single handedly the reason why these appetite-suppressing peptides exist. spend any amount of time with a obese person, or even a 20% bf gymcel, and you will see how much sugar they eat. the issue isnt only with the calories in the sugar, but the greater effect it has on hunger regulating hormones. you may only eat 500 cals worth of sugar a day, but the decrease in overall satiety, the impact on your blood sugar fluctuations, and the addiction your digestion/microbiome will develop to easily digestible carbs can easily add another 1000 calories to your appetite. there are studies on rats documenting just how intense sugar addiction is. completely cut sugar from your diet, keep fruits if you want, they dont elicit the same biological response as modern sugarslop. i dont know how much sugar you consume now, but if you are a goy like i was, be aware its going to be hard to quit sugar.

and like i said before, stay aware from finished food products, cook your own food. any food product a company sells you is going to be optimized to hurt you. seed oils, syrups, fucking with sodium, fucking with vitamins, fucking with macro ratios, its just gonna be a lot harder to have a proper appetite when eating this slop. when you cook your own food and have a good understanding of nutrition, you are eating food from someone with your own interests in mind, not a profit motive.

those are the most important things, but here are things that might not be necessary but have helped me a lot with appetite suppression. first, protein is extremely important. for reference i am 175lbs, and i eat about 250g of protein a day, a little short of 1.5g/lb. if you are used to hitting your protein goals by supplementing protein bars/shakes or any other proteinslop, you may not be aware of how satiating 2 lbs of lean steak is. you are 145lbs, try aiming for 200g of protein purely from meat/eggs, you will feel a big appetite suppression. Intermittent fasting is also useful, i run 20:4 on my cuts, again its not necessary, but as someone whos appetite spikes at night its been a very useful tool. If you can eat a lot of food at once, eating all day can make it so you never feel truly full and have no satiety stopping point, with 20:4 fasting, high protein, and clean food its a challenge to even hit maintanence calories for me. other than that, ensure you are meeting your nutritional needs as they will also cause appetite issues. If your body is low on pottassium, if its low on vitamin c, it will increase your appetite to try to get it. Educate yourself on nutrition and build your diet to hit these markers. Also pay attention to volume and satiety of foods, im a big fan of potatoes, its the most satiating carb that exists and its high in pottassium and magnesium. Keep your activity level high to. At 6'2 175lbs, my tdee is usually over 4000, i do a lot of walking, i lift for a while, and i have a good amount of muscle for my body to upkeep. This makes being lean a looot easier, imagine putting away 2lbs of steak, a quarter gallon of kefir, 2 and half pounds of potatoes, and a bowl of random vegtables in 4 hours, i can do that and still be in a 500-1000 calorie deficit for the day.

I know this was a lot of yapping for pretty basic concepts, but i wish i knew this stuff when i was younger. I spent a lot of time spinning my wheels trying to hit 10%, binging to 20%, and repeating the cycle forever. If i was in these forums at that age, i would absolutely be pinning retatrutide, and thats the danger. it makes perfect sense when you view being lean as this unnatural gold standard that can only be achieved with drugs, because it genuinely feels that way when you are eating a standard american diet. it makes sense why people say that once you get very lean, you lose your libido, and thats its impossible to maintain, people say that because getting lean with a standard american diet and lifestyle just means being nutritionally starved, eating sub 2k calories because of inactivity, and insane willpower necessary to combat the hunger-upregulating properties of goyslop. in that context, retatrutide is absolutely necessary to manitain sanity while being lean. the truth is though is that we are designed to be lean, our biology and hunger cues are perfectly adapted to it, there is a reason its an attractive trait, its because not being lean is a strong signal that something is seriously unhealthy about the persons diet or lifestyle.

by the way i may have misinterpreted you mentioning igf-1 and hgh as you pinning these compounds, rather than you growing naturally. just one more point i forgot to mention in my main reply, if you are still growing, never do an aggressive cut. 500 cal deficit, maximum, and be completely sure you arent underestimating your tdee. I have no idea if my aggressive cutting attempts as a young teenager stunted any growth, but ill tell you that once i started eating properly i grew 4 inches at 18 and got leaner to lmao. enjoy your day bro
