In this thread im going to document my journey on reaching 8% bodyfat. Goal is to drop 40lbs in like 10-12 weeks but the sooner the better. This is DAY 1.
Current stats: 183lbs (83kg)
Goal: 143lbs (65kg)
Things im going to do and use to reach 8% bf:
20k steps daily
Glp-1
DNP
PSMF
Calories eaten: 1000 cal
Steps taken: 19 000 steps
First injections of reta and cagrilintide in the morning has me feeling a bit dizzy but its alr, it goes away after a few minutes. These glp-1 got me feeling like i could starve myself forever. I have not gotten any side effects of DNP yet so i guess im good for now. Forgot to say I am also going to add some accutane and mt2 in the future.
