Hey, so not much has happened since yesterday. I took DNP and the harsh side effects has still not showed, I guess it’s good. But the good side effects of DNP has started.

Morning scale weight: 181.5lbs (82.4kg)
Calories eaten: 850 cal
Steps taken: 0

In Sweden there was a snow storm so I couldn’t go out to walk because it was dangerous.

I’m eating normally just Lower calories and high protein. I eat meat, chicken and some Greek yoghurt with protein powder.
 
I’m doing lower doses of DNP of like 200mg. I’m slowly titrating up to 400mg
Are you just scooping the raw powder? While economical, it really does take just a hand slip to put urself in a deadly zone.

As for titrating, before escalating to a new total mg amount, stay at a dose for a couple days then more. Though IMO the peak heat comes like 4-8 hours afywr a dose. If by then its still tolerable, ur good to escalate, still this is always small increments, I always do just an extra (200mg) cap.

Most should be able to tolerate 400-600mg daily dose (distributed ofc). 200mg is almost harmless, hurts workouts but for average bed rotter is really just beneficial

Yeah I’m about to do 200mg for a week and then see if I want to go up to 400mg.

Jokes aside I'd recommend you stay at 200mg, DNP is one of the things that doesn't actually have a standard dosage or "safe" dosage. Your reaction to it is decided by genetics, some people have died from doses as low as 150mg
