Update: So I started school today. There was a lot of snow in Sweden and it reached to my hips.:feelswow:

Weight update:180.9lbs (82.1kg)
Steps walked: 11 000
Calories eaten: 1200 cal

I know I overeated today and it was just because I did not track my calories of my last meal.( I did track it after I ate it), which turned out to be higher cal. My weight did go up a bit and it’s alright. Still no bad sides from DNP.

Guys, I think I will walk 10-15k steps instead of 20k because that’s too much. I get too fatigued. I will also make sure to up the dose of cag so my appetite suppresses more.

Cutting down to a certain body fat percentage is not just about numbers, you HAVE to track that stuff. Pictures are always a good idea, to keep track of new veins showing up, striations. Disregard this post if you're already doing this. What is your height anyways?
 
Bro not gonna lie , your hormones will be ass . Watch out for the brain fog . I think you in a too big deficit . Good luck anyway.
