172 cm 63 kg but still having some fat; i can't lift for the next month, so i was thinking about losing as much fat (and obviously muscle) as possible during this month and then starting building muscle. Is this a shitty plan?

Glad you’re grinding but this is most likely not enough nutrients for your current weight. You can absolutely eat 500 more calories. You really shouldn’t be eating this little until you’re getting actually lean like less than 15%.

This plan is delusional because eating 1020 calories at nearly 190 lbs is just starvation bro. you maintnance should be somewhere around 2600-3000 calories, this just creates an extreme deficit that forces your body to shed muscle, suppress hormones like testosterone and thyroid, and slow metabolism. if you wanna reach sub 10% body fat you need to preserve muscle and performance.

The fact that youre already reporting fatigue is a major red flag. Fatigue only gets worse the leaner you get, so if youre struggling this early, the plan will collapse long before true single digit body fat is reached. Combining over 10000 steps a day with such low calories will just accelerate muscle breakdown, meaning any weight lost will come from glycogen, water, and lean tissue rather than sustainable fat loss. thats how people end up lighter but still soft and flat.

on top of that, theres no way to sustain this psychologically or physiologically. Extreme restriction like this almost always leads to rebound fat gain. this approach is just self sabotaging (y)

DNP makes you just get stupid hot if you eat carbs
