How do i actually get better at running, not just faster but also have more stamina and endurance while running. i currently am lifting heavy weights on FBEOD and have a treadmill and a weighted vest (45lb) im going to be joining the army in around 1-2 months. my strenght relative to my bw is good but i cannot run for more than 1mile (1.6km for normal people) without panting like a dog at the end. from what i know there hasn't been a thread on this yet i'd love to hear ur advice.
