what im about to show you is a copy of salludons guide on bonesmashing now ive had my personal experience with bonesmashing and i can say it works .

Bonesmashing Guide (Wolff’sLaw-Based Facial Remodeling)
What Is Bonesmashing?

Bonesmashing is the deliberate application of
controlled mechanical microstrain to facial
bones, stimulating bone remodeling through
Wolff’s Law.

“Bone adapts structurally to the forces placed
upon it.” – Wolff’s Law

You’re not trying to break bone you’re signaling
osteocytes to call in osteoblasts, triggering
bone deposition where stress is applied. Done
consistently, this builds bone density and
projection in key facial regions.

1. Controlled impact creates microdamage to the bone
matrix.
2. Osteocytes detect the strain and activate osteogenic
signaling.
3. Osteoblasts deposit new bone along the direction of
the force.
4. Over time, this leads to visible changes in structure (if
paired with symmetry and proper recovery).

Tools You Can Use
• Your fist (wrap in towel or cloth)
• Cold jade roller (metal side for
cheekbones)
• Massage gun (advanced users only
– soft attachments)

Targeted Bonesmashing Areas& Their Effects
Lower Mandible – Smashing this region helps
develop jaw width, density, and structural strength.
Over time, this improves the lower third and
overall masculinity of the face.

Gonial Angle – Targeting this corner of the jaw
sharpens the jawline and enhances the angularity
of the face, especially in side profiles and shadow
definition.
Targeted Bonesmashing Areas
& Their Effects

Zygomatic Bone – Light but consistent tapping over
the cheekbone stimulates growth in lateral projection,
giving the midface a more lifted and model-like
appearance.

Infraorbital Rim – Gentle, precise tapping in this region
may help reverse under-eye hollowness by promoting
bone remodeling and support in the orbital structure.

Supraorbital Ridge – Controlled microstrain in this area
can help build up the brow ridge, enhancing upper
facial masculinity and depth around the eyes.

Zygomatic bone , infraorbital Rim , supraorbital ridge
Example:
1. 5 min right jaw
2. 5 min left jaw
3. 5 min zygomatic right
4. 5 min zygomatic left
5. 5 min chin/lower mid
6. 5 min forehead (only if trained)

Use light to moderate taps
Never bruise. Goal is microstrain, not damage.

Bonesmashing Safety
• Always use a mouthguard or towel in mouth for
TMJ safety
• Never bonesmash over acne, swelling, or
active infection
• Avoid directly smashing nerves (temples,
maxillary areas)
• Do not smash every day — give bones time to
adapt

Overdoing it = inflammation, collagen
breakdown, and asymmetry
Controlled consistency = denser bone, better
structure

Pro Tips
• Ice the face after sessions if needed to
manage any micro-swelling
• Perform fascia release or facial massage
beforehand for deeper penetration
• Keep a progress log with photos to track facial
adaptation
• Stop immediately if you feel sharp pain (not to
be confused with dull soreness)
