1. Eskimos only lived half as long as other raw fooders because their food was frozen

2. Salt was introduced by the Jews and Royal family to disrupte natural ionic bonds. Main reason why humans only live 60-80 years.

Being a raw fooder ain't enough. If you salt your raw food, you'll reabsorb your poisons and start mummifying like Darko Velcek.

If you freeze your food you'll become a stubby manlet like the Eskimos and get skin diseases like in Aajonus' experiments.

You eat fruit and honey. I’ll be at your funeral by the end of the year.
Unheated honey is ok

Sugar isn’t as harmful as salt

But it’s still harmful (AGEs, shortens villi)

salt was introduced because the masses stopped eating meat and were only feeding mostly through vegetables

just see traditional cooking recipes, even 'meat dishes' are full of veggies and carbs (a billion kilos of potato and a few grams of meat -=-= sheperds pie, stews, and so on)

meat was reserved to the wealthy for most of our history

also nobles traditionally ate a lot of meat just see medieval depictions of noblemen's diet, its always a big roasted piece of meat with a bit of other stuff

It’s Cooking, Salt amd Sugar in that order. I know what im talking about

You can still detox with sugar intake but not with salt intake

Just look at raw vegans

You’re trying to justify your carbohydrate addiction.

The threshold for carbohydrate consumption before it becomes toxic is extremely small.

We’ve been over this millions of times. You can not outrun glycation. It’s a pathological occurrence.

The salt I eat is very small that comes with the butter. Most of the time I just eat unsalted butter. I never sprinkle salt on my eggs or steal.

Salt is an explosive. Stop eating that shit. I know I can’t outrun glycation so no more fruit for me. Fine. Milk and honey are fine tho. Even protein is glycating

Milk and honey are not fine. Protein only causes glycation when you overeat on a strict carnivore diet, which is almost impossible due to the conversion of proteins to sugar.

That’s actually true. Eating meat alone converts to protein to pyruvate.

The conversion is still glycating.

Your talking from a euro historic point of view where peasants weren’t allowed to hunt other societies meat was more common

Salt is actually goated
Carnivores are supposed to consume a lot of it

Only if you overeat, which will NOT happen if you only eat steak, eggs, and butter.

You need the raw cream from milk to get rid of radiation damage in your nervous system

You can eat raw sour cream with meat

Humans are carnivores.

Rice = exogenous glucose (carbohydrates) = poison = elevated blood glucose = glycation (damage to cells) = Type 2 diabetes (chronically elevated blood glucose) = looksmin = incel = Asian

Your lack of knowledge on human physiology doesn’t equate to me being a schizophrenic. If anything, you’re the one who is a schizo for believing materials that come from plants is food for humans.

only a small percentage of salf can be used for plasma, like high quality celtic sea salt

Nope even sea salt is bad for you. I can pull you the texts if you need educating. Do NOT salt your food. It is a rock that breaks the bonding between nutrients. Cuts lifespan in half.

Go to aajonus.net and search “Celtic”.
Aajonus has specifically talked about celtic salt dozens of times.
