Lowering your salt intake is a temporary fix to bloating and your body will start to adapt to running on low amounts of sodium so in order to debloat you will have to keep lowering your intake

Instead just focus on balancing your electrolytes

Dont drink salt based electrolytes and instead get around 3-4gs if sodium from food and get 4-5gs of potassium from fruits, foods, and potassium based electrolytes like bodyarmour lyte

Don’t forget to be active

If you do nothing all day you will just stay bloated

Go walk on the tredmill daily for 30 mins
